When Rifa Hotel Apartments were intensively renovating for the smooth opening, with the care and support of the company leaders, we conducted a one-month training for the new employees of the hotel apartments. Most of these employees are interns recruited from schools. They are enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated.

    Focusing on the goal of cultivating staff’s obedience awareness, hotel awareness, improving staff’s overall quality, mastering proficient hotel skills, familiarizing hotel business knowledge and operating skills, cultivating staff’s collective sense of honor, comprehensive understanding of staff resumes, and standardizing staff’s words and deeds. Our training was carried out vigorously. The training is divided into two stages, starting and ending from November 28 to December 25. The first stage is general training, mainly military training, lasting seven days; the second stage is professional training, mainly skills training, lasting more than 20 days.

    In the first stage of military training, the trainees' hard work, neat team, mighty momentum, and hard-working spirit left a deep impression on everyone. Yang Yin, who served as a military training instructor, played the role of an instructor very well throughout the training process. Later, even though his foot was sprained and swollen, he still insisted on leading the team. This may be seen everywhere in the training, but this kind of professionalism is worth learning for everyone.

    In the second stage of professional skills training, the trainers taught our students what they had learned without any reservation, and the students did not disappoint the teachers' hopes. Their tireless learning spirit made people feel gratified. In the examination, the students achieved excellent results based on their true talents. Zhou Yan and Chen Chuxia won the first place in the front office examination and the catering examination respectively, and the military performance of Yangyin instructor was undoubtedly ranked first.

    Through this month's training, the trainees have a very deep understanding and personal experience of the company's corporate culture, and they have also strengthened their cohesion and sense of identity with the company. With the joint efforts of company leaders and trainees, our training has been a complete success.
